We are sorry to hear that our shipment did not arrive in good condition, and that - in consequence - there are even some of the assembly parts missing. We are currently working on to get the missing parts to you as soon as possible. Will keep you informed. Regarding the delivery time in general, we are sorry that the shipment could not go out before our christmas holidays, and could only leave our warehouse beginning of January. Sorry for the delay and all the inconveniences caused by the transport damage.
